Yoga
Yoga consists of universal, ethical principles, personal discipline, body positions, breathing techniques, awareness of the senses, concentration of the mind, meditation and a connection to one’s Self. According to one’s personal interest and needs, yoga can be practiced in various ways and levels of intensity, and so the effects of the yoga exercises are to be found in different levels. Practicing yoga is an effective way to deeply reduce stress, increase strength, flexibility and endurance, and to increase health and vitality by stimulating all physical processes.
Yoga is not about delivering a performance. Yoga is about personal growth and development, to a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual state, where it is healthier, more balanced, harmonious and ready for the unique experience of life.

Yoga introductory course:
Several times a year, a 3-lesson introductory course to yoga will be offered. It contains the basic principles of yoga and how to put them into practice, creating a nourishing, effective and personal yoga practice. This course takes place on Saturdays between 13:00 and 14:30 at a cost of 50 Euros.
Private lessons:
To intensify individual guidance and to deepen the yoga experience, private yoga lessons can be arranged on request.
In a private session there will be time for personal questions and the exercises will be adjusted to one’s capabilities and needs.
These lessons can be booked for 1 or 2 persons and last 90 minutes. The costs per lesson for 1 person are 75 Euros for 90 minutes and for 2 people 60 Euros per person. Appointments can be made upon request.
